At HELYX™ Sourdough Restautant inside the TRY WINE® Collective, Chef /Owner, Oliver is focused on Creating an Amazing, Chef Driven Culinary Food + Wine Pairing Experience. All of our Bread Products, Sauces, Dressings, and Dishes are House-Made from Scratch with only the Highest Quality Ingredients. We use only EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, and Source FARM to TABLE whenever possible. Much of the Menu is Vegetarian Friendly.

Located inside TRY WINE, the HELYX™ Sourdough Restaurant "Back Bar", is a Very Intimate Private Event Space for Corporate or Special Occasions. The Space Seats up to 14pp and is Catered by our Scratch Kitchen. The Space features a Private Wine Dispenser, and A Multi Media Display is also available for Presentations.
